After the goods leave our warehouse, the estimated transit time to the destination is 15–30 days. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, peak logistics seasons, and local delivery scheduling. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

3. Customs and Taxes

International shipments may incur destination customs duties, import taxes, and clearance‑related fees; these costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations and tax standards.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a partial refund based on the outcome of the claim with the carrier.
